The assumption here is that my marketing competition is less digitally savvy than the agent competition might be. Afterall, all people own homes, right? Regardless, an internet posting is better than local print materials. Most of the good property search databases are free and display photos. $100+ dollars buys 20 words and 0 photos in the classifieds of the local newspapers. While print materials are still read daily, they are a dying breed of media and communication. And if there is no digital counterpart to something found in print material; it's message risks being lost even more. Internet marketing does have its pitfalls, though. The efficiency of property search internet databases depends on an array of items. How many hits? How accessible and user-friendly? Safety Concerns? Website Aesthetics? And time is often wasted online. In my short career, I've developed a web-centric marketing scheme that helps me do my job helping you landlords.
