Welcome to my page dedicated to Real Estate, the land under us all, and my professional involvement in the field.

Ian is a Rhode Island and Massachusett Real Estate Professional and Member of the National Association of Realtors. Ian has been working in the field since 2005, but he has what he calls nurtured experience when it comes to Real Estate. Ian is a 4th Generation Realtor and of a new generation of Realtors.

In 1976, the Phipps Family of San Francisco, California moved its focus from West to East Coast. Hence the beginning of Phipps Realty. Joyce Phipps and family began providing Rhode Islanders with a new quality of Real Estate Services. Phipps Realty became a Top Producing firm in Kent County, Rhode Island. Known for superior service, particular sensitivity to clients' needs, a disciplined climb toward excellence and a commitment to truth, we at Phipps Realty have moved through time.

Today, we offer sales, rentals, appraisals, lead inspections, snow bird and property management services not only in Rhode Island where we live and work, but also in Massachusetts. We also have agents heavily involved in leadership roles within the National Association of Realtors. If you would like references, we can provide that.

Just as an aside, in the Fall of 2003, more than 1,000 guests attended Richard Phipps' funeral and wake. Some were family and friends, most were past clients. Many couldn't believe that there were so many people in East Greenwich. A well lived life, an honest career, love. god and us willing, I hope we have similar lives for each others' sake.
